Ground Floor Overview
Guests enter on the ground level into a spacious, open-plan living area that includes the dining room, bar, and lounge, all seamlessly connected to the kitchen. This entire space is designed to maximise the uninterrupted views of Glen Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Twelve Apostles mountain range.
The main lounge opens through stack-away sliding doors onto a covered patio, complete with an outdoor lounge and cafe-style seating, all overlooking the pool and ocean beyond.
A short staircase leads down to the pool and sun loungers, as well as a private gate with direct access to the beach pathway.
The ground floor also features Bedroom 3, this room features a queen bed and is 248 ft2, including en-suite bathroom, Room 3 also offers stunning sea views from the bed.
Towards the stairwell is a guest WC, and a discreet service area with a private staff entrance for seamless operations.
First Floor Overview
The first floor features two elegantly appointed en-suite bedrooms.
Bedroom l is the villa’s primary suite, offering a spacious layout of 376 ft2 (including en-suite bathroom) with the option of a California king or split bed configuration. This room opens onto a private balcony furnished with occasional chairs and a cafe table, providing unobstructed views over Glen Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. To the side, the suite overlooks the villa’s rooftop garden, with sweeping vistas of the Twelve Apostles mountain range forming a dramatic backdrop.
Bedroom 2, also located on the first floor, features a queen bed and spans 204 ft2 (including en-suite bathroom). This room faces the Twelve Apostles, offering mountain views.
Subterranean Floor Overview
The subterranean level offers a relaxed and versatile space ideal for families.
