1st Crescent Villa is a full-service villa, offering a private chef to cater to your culinary desires and a butler to seamlessly execute the food and beverage service. HAZARDS
As the Villa is a design property, we need to point out potential hazards such as the lack of balcony balustrades and staircase railings as well as drop-offs, voids, unmarked glass, unfenced pond and pools. These hazards are specified and agreed to in the rental contract.
HEALTH
The health and wellbeing of our guests and staff is a top priority and stringent sanitation protocols and precautionary measures are in place. These policies are in line with the recommendations from the World Health Organisation. Please ensure that guests are familiar with the latest COVID-19 Travel requirements for entry to South Africa.
INSURANCE
We encourage clients to take out comprehensive insurance covering the loss of personal effects, personal injury, medical emergencies as well as expenses relating to emergency travel arrangements, cancellations, and / or curtailment of travel plans. Such insurance must cover all force majeure events and other events beyond the Villa’s control.
